Includes herbal steam and the administering of anu taila, which is a medicated oil, instilling oil drops into nostrils. For preventing sinusitis, hay fever and it improves the eyesight, great for neck stiffness, cervical spondylosis, stress, memory loss, migraines, insomnia, sinus issues and tinnitus.
