Service Description

In person or online - yoga initial consultation involves a thorough health assessment which takes 1 hour. Creating a yoga practise to treat all kinds of conditions and also for balance to do practises that will not aggravate the condition. A program is then created and emailed. A follow-up is done to learn how to do the practises.
